Water Flow Issue

I have a 1994 Johnson Venon 225hp that I recently rebuilt. The issue I have is I'm not sure what this connection is for. I know it is a water flow connection but it's broke off and can't figure out where it needs to go. Please help.

That's the water pump tell-tale spigot. There is a hose that goes from there to a nipple on the motor pan to show a stream indicating water is pumping.

AKA 'the pisser'.

Model number? And where exactly is that fitting?

J200STLERK close to where the powerhead bolts to the midsection. About 6" away from the exhaust.

Does the motor have power steering ?----If so , would this have anything to do with oil cooler for power steering ?

It has sea star hydraulic steering
