water control valve

I have a 1987 140hp evinrude that is leaking water out of the control valve. I would like to know if this can be fixed and how to? If it can not be fixed then where can I buy one less than &75.00? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to take the control valve apart and home depot had the gaskets that I need. Should be working.
