Water aboard flows

Hi.
Yesterday I have put my boat on water. ( 3.0 Merc. Sea Ray 20)
Goes well. Only I have a problem water comes inside from side drive , pump was work good .That to me to check up, I have outside the bursted band of a covering of a cable I can not understand whence it comes?
