Thanks for watching for me. I haven't watched more than a few holes this year. There was a time when I played 80 rounds a year and could stripe a ball well I would set the clock early to watch The Open. Now I play 2 rounds a year and a good drive may go 200, maybe so I don't watch much, it's depressing. Putt with the pin in ?? Putt with the pin in ???? Who'd a thought. The science supports it, I am told. A ball that lips the hole has a chance of nicking the pin and it should go in, plus you know exactly the centre of the hole and helps show the break.
