Waste Tank Pump Prob

We just purchased a 90 Sundancer 310 and are trying to have the waste holding tank pumped out by the Marina. Unfortunately, they are telling me that it is clogged and pressure is building when they try sucking it out. Is there something they are missing in process or is it probably clogged. If most likely clogged, does anyone know where to start checking to fix the thing.

Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated

If she were mine... I would fill her up with water after adding a holding tank treatment to break down the solids, make sure, really sure, the vent is unobstructed, take her out and shake her up a bit and try again.....If that didn't work I would hire a professional.....
