Washdown Pump Issues

One thing after another...
My washdown pump and livewell aerator no longer have power to deliver water. The livewell never has had aeration since i got the boat a few years ago. I have a thru hull Shurflo livewell pump with dual water ports, that feed the livewell and I thought, until today, the washdown hose. I followed the water hose from the Shurflo that led to a strainer, then continued to another pump buried deep in the bowels of the rear compartment (unreachable) that has a fuse holder that I am attempting to reach, somehow. This pump continues on to the washdown sprayer, that recently stopped spraying.
Can anyone explain why that is there? Until discovering it, I had thought that their was only the Shurflo thruhull pump that I cant find a fuse holder for, anywhere. I wonder if the fuseholder by the other pump is for both? Raw Water pump.jpg

I read your statement 3 times and come up empty each time, yes I'm old so that may be the issue

i understand this, no power to pump

There is another pump deep that cannot be reached but that's where I'm lost

The photo is of the unknow pump, too far to reach way back in the unreachable recesses of the transom. Thank you Seaswirl Striper Company.
I have an easily accessible thruhull dual port aerator, that has two hoses; one outlet hose leading to the livewell not pictured); and from the other outlet, a green hose goes to a strainer then into the mystery pump that has a fuse I am trying to reach in vain, and a black water hose out the other side of said pump to the washdown hose connection . Is it redundant having the thruhull and this pump, or necessary in order for the washdown to work? I can't even tell if the fuse holder is for the thru hull pump or for the other pump as it is to far back to reach and trace the wires. I'm starting to think it serves both devices; but I sure don't know. Do you recognize the mystery pump and could it be bypassed?
Hope that clears it up.

Leave all the hoses ,outlets and anything else ,stock . Raw water wash down pump is probably.( as in 99% chance ,) seized up . Fuse is blown for a reason. So be prepared to take the pump out while enjoying the spacious work area . Wash down pump has one function, any sort of piggybacking for a different application won't work in most cases . You have two separate pumps for a reason, besides the mfg saving time and money if they could get away with one pump. Now they may share some sort of water inlet but nothing else after the pump itself . Using the wash down hose while say , the aerator is running will reduce the rated PSI and make it useless if they shared a pump . Not sure how the aerator would work with 65 psi that I think the washdown pump is rated for.
If you have to take the pump out here is a tip the red piece of plastic on each side of the pump lock the right angle hose adapter on each outlet that the hoses are hose clamped to . Pull them back about 3/4 " and that will release the hose adapter . Odds are the replacement pump ,if need be , will use the same adapter.

Maybe I can bypass the larger, unreachable pump and only use the small thruhull 600 shurflo? I never use the aerator for the livewell.
Meanwhile, after wiggling wires and cables, the bat. selector switch stays on in off position.
Pulling my hair out.
