When I take the filter off the live well filler tube and try to attach a hose to wash down the deck after fishing, I find that the threads on the male tube are smaller and like metric instead of SAE and different than a regular hose hook up. Is this normal and what kind of threads are they using? I have a 96 Proline WAC. Thanks
