An artcle in "Hawkeye" a well known New Hampshire hunting and fishing newspaper, has an article about a new group called, "American Hunters and Shooters Association"!!!<br /><br />At first glance, everything about AHSA sounds fine!!! They even have one useful tool on their website, a history of wildlife conservation laws in America!!! Strange thing is that it was lifted , nearly word for word from
www.nraila.org<br /><br />A look deeper into the AHSA website quickly reveals that this is no hunters rights group!!! They want to allow the FBI to keep records on law abiding citizens who buy guns and put an end to gun shows as we know them!!!<br /><br />There leadership,one time employee of NRA Bob Ricker and who has switched sides and actively has worked for gun control, is now listed as the executive leader of AHSA!!! He was part of an attempt to sell out our rights, by brokering a deal with the most anti gun administration in history!!!!<br /><br />A little futher down the leadership is John Rosenthal who is President of the AHSA!!! This fella has one of them big old billboards that you see along the roadway denouncing gun ownership!!! With leader ship like that, there is no doubt about the true goals AHSA!!!<br /><br />And a very, very good fishing partner and friend is listered as a director of this group, Austin Dorr a world champion skeet shooter and war hero, who had met Roenthal in the past two years!!! We have sat down this week over coffee and have discussed how he was suckered into this organization!!!<br /><br />If thinking of joining the AHSA do your homework before having your money work against you!!!
