I run my 97 Force 75 HP out on the lake at least once a month during the winter months. It seems to run faster at WOT in the cold and doesn't idle as well in warm weather. I'm sure there's a logical reason for this. What would be the fix to make it idle better now that it's warm?

Re: Warm weather vs. cold weather operation

Welcome to the forum!
Cold air is denser then warm air. Thus more air entering the combustion chamber. More air means more of the fuel is being burned. More fuel being burned means more HP. :)
Get a repair manual and/or search the forum for how to tune and adjust your carbs as well as the air/fuel mixture and timing.
