warlock trailer recall

Hi. I recently purchased a pontoon boat and a warlock trailer from the US. I need a letter for the Canadian government stating that the warlock trailer has no recalls.They are looking for a Dealer stating no recalls with a company letter head with serial number and a managers signature.
