No hooked jaw puller.I can't speak for your Chrysler but every outboard I have ever pulled the flywheel had the tapped holes for a puller.Perhaps you will have to drill and tap the holes.When using the puller tighten it good and then whack the center bolt to pop the flywheel loose.Sometimes it takes a couple of cycles of tightening and whacking it.I usually leave the nut on loose to protect the threads.
My after market manual says nothing about flywheel removal.Does say the flywheel key coincides with the high point of the cam and can be used to line up the cam with the rub block of the points.Also flywheel and crank taper
must be clean and dry, manual start motors flywheel nut torqued to 600 in.lbs.
