My MC1 drive and transom assembly has gone to the great boneyard never to return! My mechanic called with the bad news...<br /><br />I don't have the cash to spend on a new or rebuilt system all at once. I would like to get something that's rebuildable that I can get parts as my money allows.<br /><br />I need the complete transom assembly and sterndrive that will work with my 1976 233 (351W Ford) Mercruiser. I think the original gears were 1.32, but not sure.<br /><br />If anyone knows where I can get these reasonably (if there is such a thing in boating) Please let me know!!<br /><br />Thanks again to all on this forum!<br /><br />H.
