Want to install lighted dash switches 1989 Sea Ray 200DA

Looking to see if it's as easy as just switching switches.
I can get a set from an early 90's Searay that are lighted.
Will these work without any additional wiring?

All you'll have to do in the wiring department is add a negative lead to the appropriate terminal on each switch.

NYBo is correct...(to expand) Switch wiring and add a negative lead to actually illuminate the switch. The terminal should be labeled "-". If not, it's (usually) the terminal that is located away from the standard terminal cluster.

The only other thing (besides the ground for the internal light) is to make sure you have the +12volt input to the switch on the correct terminal on the switch. If you have it on the output of the switch things will operate properly but the internal light will be on all the time.
