This one is only a 22ft, but it's available in Europe. Regal 2250 Cruiser with a new generation Volvo Penta Diesel that's fresh water cooled, rated at 160 propshaft HP and only weighs 692 pounds (the engine, that is). You can read a review of it at http://www.trailerboats.com/output.cfm?id=945289 .

Here is one more: GP 700SE

This one is a semidisplacement hull with a mid-mounted engine, good for speeds up to 24 knots or so. Amazingly spacious inside for its length, no planing treshold at all, and very stable in waves and rough seas.

Here are two ads for used ones for sale, with some OK pictures:

Finn.no , Finn.no II

SubZero - I saw in this other post that you are in Malta.

What did you have in mind? - to import a European boat from the US, to import a European boat from its home country, or to buy a boat already in Malta / the Mediterranean? Also, new or used?

If you are looking to import to Malta, this other Maltese gentleman on this forum (by the name of Stillfishing) could possibly be of some help to you as he has imported several boats to Malta before.

Finally, there are several online databases of European boats for sale (the boats here at iboats are primarily American). For example, try http://www.boatshop24.com or http://www.yachtworld.com/index.html.uk in addition to the many local sites in each country.
