walker downriggers

Anybody know if Walker manual downriggers are any good? Cabelas has a great deal on the lake master combo. I was looking at Scotty but this seems like a better deal, comes with free rod. Im soon to be new at downrigging. I have a 16ft boat and limited budget .so I dont need anything grand just a good quality manual.

hi. dont know about the walker manuals, but i have 4 of the electrics and they work just fine. been using them for about 6 years now, and im very happy with them, so dont know why the manuals would not work just as well. good luck, your going to love trolling, its a great way to fish....bob
