Has anyone ever tried using a press in rubber hub on a Vortex?
See, I have this brand new Vortex that's missing the bronze insert. I also have a brand new rubber hub. Being the cheap Ba---rd I am, I figured, why buy the bronze insert when I can press in a hub----------
If no one has tried it, I'll let you know how well it works.
And as an aside, the 13 X 19 Vortex aluminum is about 500 RPM slower than the 13 X 19 cupped stainless Michigan brand prop.
