Volvo Trim Stuck down

1998 Four Winns 4.3 GL w/ Volvo Penta SX cobra outdrive.
Outdrive will not raise. Worked fine at launch., ie. lowered. Would not trim up. With boat at dock, tried to raise, not even a click at the solenoid. Is there a way to overide so that I can pull boat out of water?
I didn't have a test light to do any troubeshooting but did disconnect switch and jump leads, Still not even a clicking sound.

Any help on an overide to rasie the outdrive would be huge,

Took a second look today with a test light. No power to the pump. Power to the circuit breaker but not at other side. Placed jumper across breaker, and power trim operable. Replaced breaker all is well.
Root cause unknown. I'll probalby break it open to see what makes it tick.
