It's time to replace the bellows on my 2002 Glastron 5.0GL / SX drive. Loaned my SELOC book to a friend and haven't seen either in a while. Haven't seen much Volvo stuff on-line like Merc has. I can remove the drive with no problem and have pretty good access to the clamp that holds the boot to the transom end but what holds it in place on the back end closest to the outdrive? Thanx in advance..

The Seloc manual wouldn't have told you anything anyway.
There is a groove in the bellows that fits over a ridge in the pivot housing.
You will have to remove the pivot pins to move the pivot housing out so you can remove the bellows.

What is the proper tool to remove the pins? Looks to be A T50 or bigger. Are the two pins the only ones holding in the pivot housing? Thanx again..

You might be able to use a 1/2" allen wrench.
You might also want to go to the link below and order an OEM manual.
