Volvo SX outdrive taking off, what gaskets needed?

Hello all,

I am going to take off my drive to grease ujoints & gimbal, and to inspect the bellows.

What parts numbers and gaskets/orings do I need to replace before putting the drive back on? Any other advice?


It is a Volvo Penta SX Cobra, SX-C1 on the serial plate on the side. From a '97 boat.

but i usallu replace the water pump o ring

Same here, typically replace the oring, just because it is cheap and makes me feel better.
