Volvo SX Manual Steering

I have the tilt wheel manual steering and it seems very loose. I can push on the outdrive with a finger and make the steering wheel turn. Is there a fricton knob somehere to adjust this?

The steering isn't Volvo, so it's hard to say what system, you have. Some have a friction knob under the helm.

I am fairly sure it is a tilting teleflex rack system
