Volvo steering noise

I searched the archives and couldn't find anything that matches the sound I have. whenever I turn the wheel, I get a noise from the top of the drive that sounds like the top pivot point (what would be a ball joint on a car) is out of grease...but I can't find anywhere to put grease except into the Gimbal Bearing on the starboard side zerk fitting.

In contrast to the other problems I found on here, the noise is from the pivoting (turning) of the drive. It does this in the water or out and with the engine running or not.

Anyone know what the issue is and how I can solve it? Thanks guys,
