I have a volvo pinta 430, 1993. with manual shift. it slips out of gear when on high throttle but runs fine on low throttle, I checked the shift cable and links and it seems to be fine, any ideas? how important is the outdrive oil type I suspect the wrong type of oil was used, would that cause slipping?
