Hi, thanks for posting your question regarding the Volvo store.
I and a few other members have gone through the same thing so a few things come to mind of why you're having no luck with opening up the Volvo store.
One would be you're out side of the united states....Now?
Two, your internet provider is sending an incorrect IP address to the Volvo store which thinks you're outside of the US.... Which internet provider do you have?
And three, the iboats Admin may need to refresh their database so your IP comes back as a US one.
I've sent them a message to look further into this for you.
