I have a 1993 glastron 4.3L. My outdrive motor wont raise up or down. I had replaced the relays for the outdrive. And still nothing happend. I can disconnect the wiring harness from the relay and jump the motor to raise and lower the unit. So I know the motor is good. The relays and the throttle switch is good because I can hear the a clicking sound when I press the tilt/trim up and down. But the unit will not raise or lower. I tried to find a in line fuse but was unsucessful. I sprayed WD40 in to the wiring harness' connectors because I did see some corrosion. But still nothing What else could it be?

Lost and Cofused???

check your grounds. the 2 wire motor switches grounds via the relays. sounds like yours is bad.
check your b+ also the supply is fused to those relays.

Looks like you'll have to use an ohmmeter to figure out where you're loosing voltage... and check relays...
