Volvo penta noise level

I have a 2005 Glastron with a Volvo 130 H.P. 3.0. It is louder than normal (like a car muffler on its way out). Oil is good and so is the performance at all speeds. Could it be the bellows and hoses?

Could be. Exhaust bellows will show large holes pretty easily. Put your drive in the full up position and look for holes in the exhaust bellows.
