I have a 2001 Volvo Penta 5.0 GI and the raw water pump appears to be frozen. It has been sitting idle for a couple of years. When you turn the motor over the entire pump housing spins and has pull out of the hoses. Any advice on freeing the pump, rebuilding, etc.....
