Volvo Penta Engine removal

I have an 83 Grady White with a Volvo Penta 260 engine and a 280 outdrive.
I need to remove the engine an replace with another. Do I Just unbolt from the bell housing or does that come out as well? I understand other Acc. such as fuel line, alt. wires, water hoses, motor mounts, etc. have to be remove. I just not sure about whats going on at the back of the engine.

I've done it both ways. Depends on access. I think the easies way is to remove the rear motor mount bolts and take the bell housing out with the engine...if you have access.
