Hi I have a problem with my drive belt slipping forward almost off the cam gear. On starting it for the first time after 4 months of winter season, it fired up but stopped 20 seconds later, on checking I noticed that the timing had slipped due to to slipping of belt. I dismantled and fitted a new belt and tensioner being careful to follow the rules as stated in the workshop manual. I have dismantled and refitted 4 times now and it still slips after 20 seconds. All cogs seem to be ok and in line. This problem occured last winter as well but resetting the belt and old tensioner did the trick until now. I'm Loosing it now!!
