Volvo Penta Aq125/280 Motor Locked Up

I recently bought a 20 ft rentz boat with a volvo penta AQ125 the person i bought it from said the boat had set in his building without running for seven years. I tried to turn the motor with a ratchet but it seems to be locked up tight is there anyway to resolve this problem without a complete rebuild.

Pull out the plugs and spray lots of penetrating oil into the cylinders. Let it sit for a day and then try. Hopefully it is just stuck from sitting and no water has entered the cylinders.
