Volvo Penta 570 I/O leaking only when going in reverse.

Bringing on water only when reversing. Water seems to be coming from the drive. Think it might be the bellows but can not find the leak or tear. Any thoughts on where leak is coming from?

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,.... My guess is a rotten transom,.....

In reverse, the transom shield is pulled away from the hull, allowin' water in,....

if its leaking into the motor and hydrolocking it, it is most likely the exhaust flapper is missing

if its leaking into the bilge, most likely the transom is rotten
