2007 Four Winns Volvo Penta 5.0 SX Drive trim will not allow lower drive drive unit to raise or lower. Checked all fuses and reset breaker switch. Replaced relay switches, hear clicking sound but no response. Fear that our trim pump is the problem. Spendy reapir ,any troubleshooting suggestions?
