Volvo Penta 5.0 Gi Fuel Injection pump question

I have a 2000 Volvo Penta Gi (injected) Motor with a Carter Fuel Assy on the top left corner (as you face the motor). It has 2 fuel pumps on it. The Low Pressure which draws fuel from the tank is not working. The High Pressure is working (tested with battery) I cannot find the part to order anywhere on the internet to replace the Low Pressure pump.
It is a Black pump with double o-ring seals on each end (both male) Markins are as follows
High Pressure
282 3019A made in USA (who and where I cannot figure out!!)

I have the experiance and tools to replace this. It is Part of a Carter fuel Assy marked P612818 3860210 99L15A

I would be grateful for any help...

What is the full model number or even the serial number of your engine.
Year doesn't mean anything with Volvo.

Thanks, for future reference, you are going to need the full model number.
That is 5.0GIPEFS the EF in that model number indicates the year on engines built between 94 and 00.
You actually have a 2000 engine in a 2000 boat. Doesn't usually happen that way. Could be a year or two older, or a year newer.

Sorry, That pump is not replaceable by itself, you need to buy the complete fuel cell, Volvo PN 3594444. it runs around $700
