Hi, my Volvo Penta has been running loud and seemed like water was not running through the engine. I replaced the impeller and later the entire fresh water pump. Neither solved the problem. Not sure if it’s something with the serpentine belt around the water pump or something completely different. I attached a video of engine running. Any advice would be great.
