ok it is the start of the season and i had so much help last year fixing this boat on this site so i figured i would try it again.

i have power to the pump i replaced the relays last year and i hear then clicking when i hit the switch. i put a test light on the blue and green wire to ensure i had power to the pump but it does not work i am hoping it is not the pump. is there something else it could be

Try this.
Disconnect the plug for the 2 wires ont the wires going to the motor itself. Not the relays. Then hook jumper wires on each lead to the pump.
Now touch one the + terminal of the battery, the other to the - terminal of the battery. If all you get is sparks and the motor doesn't run, reverse them. If you get the same thing, you need a new pump.

ok so i tried what you said Don and i did not get any sparks so after working on it and working on it i tried something I ran a pos and neg wire directly to the batery hooked the neg to the centet of the relay and pos to the blue wire off the pump and it worked so i ruled out the pump. I also found that with all the relays hooked up I have power at the red wire and the relay clicks when i hit the button now the weird thing is if i put a test light on the lead going to the pump I have no pwer but if i pull the lead off the relay i have power to that relay end i pulled the wire off. Im thinking that a ground is shorting out somewhere. oh and the relays are new. also is there a wireing diagram for this system with relays and all associated wireing.
