Volvo, Interchangability?

B130 4cyl. Volvo, Can you swap a 1988 290 power trim drive with a 1986 275 elec/mech. tilt drive? Are the two interchangable without changing the tilt systems? Leaving the elec/Mech. and putting the 290 drive on it. Leaving the power tilt using the 275 drive? Thanks
