Volvo engine part question

I have purchased some marine stuff at auction and have a volvo (I think) engine part and am not exactly sure what it is. I am thinking it's part of the transom or something. I am trying to identify it so I can sell it. Anyone out there I can e-mail a pic to that can identify the part for me?<br /><br />Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks<br /><br />John

you can post the pic here so everyone in the forum can see it, you just have to link it from a photo internet site like photobucket.com. If you do this I am sure some one will be able to identify it.

I have no idea what its from....... But a thought. List it under marine parts on ebay as a transom shield, and see what happens. Start at $19.99

the cover on the top was the biggest/easily identifiable change made to the sx transom shields. its been a little while since i changed one but i think yours is an early model.
