I got a Volvo 290 dual prop set up both stainless steel props. I am looking to getting them worked here soon while boat season is done for a little while longer. The engine is a 454 with thru hull exhaust. The boat is a 1990 Monterey 27ft (270ssc) cabin cruiser. I am currently turning the props at w.o.t. (which is rare i go wide open) to 4,250 or a little more rpms per factory tach. I was looking into maybe cupping them a little more on the tips for some more bow lift and blueprint and balance them. When this is being done do you do both of the props? and who would recommend who with volvo dual props? want to get them polished up also.
