Volvo AQ130C Question

I am new to boating, I bought a 1973 Thunderhawk 18 foot runabout with an AQ130C engine and a 270 stern drive. My question is looking at the motor there is no motor mounts or front mount anywhere on the engine or floor, nothing is rotted or broke off. The engine is only mounted to the transom mount. The boat is in fair shape for its age. Is this normal? My friend who owns a boat was concerned. His has a front mount to the floor.

It's normal. There is a rubber mount on the transom shield that fits in a socket in the engine bellhousing that holds the engine up.
