Volvo AQ125B cylinder head

I have a 1986 19' Invader with a Volvo aq125b engine and 270 outdrive. I have pulled the motor to rebuild it and after pulling the head I found that the number 3 and 4 exhaust ports are corroded. My question is can I use a cylinder head off of a volvo 2.3l b21 car engine and if I can what would I have to change for marine use.

Take it with you to the junk yard,You can probably find one to fit.The change over requires nothing as it a fresh water cooled motor.Just make sur the valves are adjusted to specs.J

If I recall correcltly, the auto heads have the ports for the fuel injectors in them. You need to look into that to make sure. There are no auto carbed engines of that type available in the US.
