EBAY has complete tilt systems every once in a while. Look for one under "Volvo Penta". Then just do what ya have to do to get the junk one out

You have to remove the stainless screw in plate that makes contact with the release lever and pushes on the outdrive leg. 2 allen bolts on top and it should slide UP and out. NOT down.I always remove in one piece then break down on the bench.Couple days of penetrating oil. You got some corrosion.Try twisting back and forth while lifting. Be careful not to break the housing, hammering prying!I've had luck with heating the housing up with a torch but you have to be VERY CAREFUL! This should be your last resort. If you buy one off ebay make sure it came of a freshwater trans.shield.

As far as the bearing goes I used to have an automatic transmission shop. When we ran across a bearing that was no longer available there is usually a manufacture name and number on the bearing. As long as it is still legible on yours you can go to an auto parts store or a bearing distributor and they can cross-reference it with another manufacture or possibly have the same bearing. It’s very unusual for a company to make a bearing for one application so just because it’s not available through Volvo doesn’t mean it’s not available elsewhere.

I had a electro mechanical tilt motor for sale at the Boaters Exchange in Sidney B.C., haven't checked to see if it still there.
