When I start the engine I let it warm up a lot. Once in gear I set the throttle at about 2000 rpm but the rpm goes up and down randomly. After running for about 15 minutes it stops the wow and flutter on the rpm? My guesses... fuel pump, fuel filter or thermostat? Any help or ideas would be appreciated. How do I diagnose what this is ?
