I am having a hard time getting my 1997 Larson started from the winter. I have done all the normal things with carb cleaner and start fluid and it cranks all day but no start. I have changed out all the plugs (re-gapped), distributor, rotator, and coil (yes i did test). I also check the fuel pump and the stream into the carb. Thinking it was the gas I took the fuel line into a fresh can for fuel and made sure all the "old" fuel was out of the lines.

It sounds like 1 and 2 were trying to fire to I check all the plugs again. 1 and 2 look like they have been sparking and have oil on them. 3 and 4 have very little oil and look like they have NOT been sparking.

I am running out of options!

Can anyone shed some light???

Do you have spark when the engine is cranking?

I am pretty sure I am getting spark on 1 and 2. I have not tested this yet, I am just using my ears.

Ayuh,... It takes Fuel, Fire, Compression,+ All at the right Time...
You're missing atleast 1 of 'em...

You'll discover Which 1 by Testing each 1...

my kill switch is in and appears active. however did pull the kill cord and noticed it had no affect on the attempted start. I have never test the kill switch before so i am not sure if it disconnects all power or not. Is anyone else familiar?

I checked all plugs with a tester and all have spark.
