volvo 3.0 heating problems

two things # 1 has anyone had any success welding an exhaust manufold that has froze and crack and # 2 has anyone got a pic of were the impellar is located on the engine that would help me emensly thanks

#1 No, they probably will be cracked internally too.

my boat is a 2004 glastron with a 3.0litre volvo penta engine

Go to the link below and type in either your SN, full model number, and download the OEM owners manual. It will show you what and where everyting is located.

Volvo doesn't go by year, so having a 2004 boat, doesn't really tell us anything.
