Volvo 3.0 exhaust manifold removal help!!

2001 3.0HO GSM-C.

I'm going to replace my exhaust manifold. I noticed that the farthest bolt (actually a nut on a post) to the rear of the motor is very close to the exhaust pipe. Will this give me a problem when pulling off the manifold? That exhaust pipe is bolted to the hull under the engine. Looks impossible to remove. I dont want any surprises when I'm trying to juggle that 50 pound piece of iron!!
