Greetings, I am a new user of this option and hope it is successful. I have a 1983 Volvo 280 outdrive. I was at lake Tahoe (6,000 feet high) when I last raised my out drive. Now at sea level it will not go "down" for winter storage.The trim motor sounds normal, and spins. I checked the oil level which seemd low, but I am told the oil may be in the rams. I don't know where to start the process of checking for problems. I appreciate any help.
