Time for another post, while testing my new boat out of water( haven't gotten in the water yet due to no insurance) I have put it in gear and revved it up and it seems to have this whine. It's not a growl like a bearing has given out just kind of a whine, I looked at some other posts and I can't find too much information. Someone says it's meant to whine due to the fact of a floating reverse gear but I have no clue since it's the first 270 outdrive I have owned. Any help would be appreciated.
