On the river yesterday everything goin fine. I hear a clank and the engine shuts off. The starter tries to turn the engine over but cant. I pulled the sparkplugs, look fine. The engine oil looks fine too. I check the outdrive oil, It was low. While checking, I notice when you turn the key to try and start, the outdrive jolts. When your turn the wheel, the engine turns over slightly. What could the problem be?
