Volvo 230A Engine with SP outdrive, 1992 year.

I'm looking for a manual for a 1992 Volvo 230A engine with SP outdrive.
Does anyone know what viscosity oil I should use in the engine.
Also what oil does the outdrive take? Thanks! Al Lee
