This is a 1984 Bayliner capri with a Volvo 125 AQ with a 270 outdrive.

She will not start.

Has spark. Verified that by turning her over with a plug out still connected to the wire.

Getting fuel but not to the cylinders.

I can look down the throat of the carb and see all kinds of fuel. I have even poured some fuel down the throat.
Turn her over for about 30 seconds. pull the plugs and they are as dry as a popcorn fart.

I thought pouring fuel down the throat gave a straight shot to the intake manifold.

Any thoughts here??
