I am restoring a 1937 vintage pull trailer and going to install foam padding as well as a marine vinyl to outside of trailer. Has anyone installed to trailer and if so, would love some does and don'ts as well, if possible, a direction I may go.
first off, the best adhesive to stick the foam padding to a primed outside if a metal trailer and do I spray adhesive to foam before installing marine vinyl? thanks for any input.

Why would you install foam padding and marine vinyl to a boat trailer? Never saw one like that. Makes no sense. Maybe pictures are in order.

If you install foam to the trailer it will keep water against the trailer and rust it out in 6 months
